Build Something Real in 90 Minutes

You have an idea. I have the tools. In a 90-minute 1-to-1 session, we get focused on something specific you want to build and see how far we can go. A website, an app, a workflow, an automation. Not a plan. Not a proposal. A working thing.

Book a Co-Build Session

You've got a project sitting in your head. A website you want to build. An app that doesn't exist yet. A workflow you need to automate. A prototype to test a business idea. The problem is the gap between having the idea and actually having something that works.

You could hire a freelance developer. That costs £3,000–£10,000 and takes 4–8 weeks. You could try building it yourself with Lovable or V0. But you get stuck. There's no one to ask when you're confused. You lose 3 hours to a problem that would take a professional 10 minutes.

This isn't training. It's building. In a 90-minute 1-to-1 session, I sit with you and we build something together. Using AI tools like V0, Lovable, Cursor, and others, we take your idea and turn it into a working output. English is a programming language now. If you can describe it, we can build it.

What You Get in 90 Minutes

  • A working output you own — a real website, app prototype, workflow, or automation. Not a demo. Not a template. Something that does what you came to build.
  • 90 minutes with someone who builds with AI daily — I've built 20+ tools and workflows with AI. I know what works, what gets stuck, and how to get around the frustrating parts fast.
  • Understanding of what you've built — you'll see exactly how it was made and why. No black box. No mystery. You can maintain it, iterate on it, or brief a developer if you need to scale it.

"It's incredible. It's just sunk in now. I could ask it to make a website about my book."

How a Co-Build Session Works

We spend 90 minutes on a single call — in London or over Zoom, your choice.

1

The Brief

You describe what you want to build. I ask clarifying questions. What's the goal? Who's it for? What does "done" look like? We scope it to something shippable in 90 minutes.

2

The Build

We start building immediately using the right AI tool for the job. You watch every step. You can ask questions. You can redirect mid-stream. If we need to pivot, we pivot. If something works, we ship it.

3

The Handover

You own everything we built. Code. Design. Automation. Workflows. You can use it, modify it, hand it to a developer to extend it, or keep building on it yourself. I'll walk you through what was built and how.

What We Can Build Together

Websites and landing pages

A client came to a session with a vague idea: a Pokémon card collectibles shop. We built a fully designed storefront in 90 minutes. Featured cards section. Trending items. Navigation. They left with something they could launch tomorrow.

App prototypes

I've built working app prototypes that test business ideas without needing to hire a development team. Dashboards. Admin panels. Form-based tools. Anything you can describe.

Automations and workflows

Tasks you're doing by hand right now. Email workflows. Data processing. Reporting. Connecting systems that aren't connected.

Research packages and content systems

One client watched me generate an SEO audit with an AI agent in real time. Another had me build a research package that pulls data from multiple sources.

The cost of building software has collapsed to near zero. If you can describe it, we can build it.

Who This Is For

  • Founders with an idea but no developer — you want to test a concept before hiring a team
  • Business owners who need automation — repetitive tasks that should be automated but you don't know where to start
  • People who tried DIY and got stuck — you started with Lovable or V0 but hit a wall and gave up
  • Anyone with a "someday" project — that thing you've been thinking about for six months. Let's ship it
  • Teams needing proof of concept — a working prototype to pitch to stakeholders or investors

Why Co-Build Instead?

A co-build session is the middle path between DIY and outsourcing.

  • vs. a developer: £699 instead of £3,000–£10,000. 90 minutes instead of 4–8 weeks. You understand what was built.
  • vs. DIY tools: You don't get stuck alone. I know which tool fits your project. You actually finish.
  • vs. a training course: Training teaches you AI. Co-building gets you output. Want to learn? Take a training session.

Sessions are 90 minutes, run over Zoom, and cost:

£699

That's under £8 per minute with someone who's built 20+ tools with AI and does this daily.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I actually build in 90 minutes?

A working website. An app prototype. An automation or workflow. A research tool. An internal dashboard. A content system. Basically anything you can describe. Most sessions produce something complete. Some produce a working first version that you iterate on later.

Do I need technical skills?

No. Zero. You don't need to know how to code or use AI tools. You just need to know what you want to build. I handle the technical side. You handle the vision.

What do I own afterwards?

Everything. The code, the design, the workflow, the automation. You can use it, modify it, share it, hand it to a developer, or do whatever you want with it. It's yours.

What happens if we don't finish?

We finish the first working version or a usable prototype. If scope creeps, we cut features to ship something real. The 90 minutes is designed to ship something, not perfect something. You can always iterate after or book another session.

What's the difference between this and a training session?

Training is learning — you spend 90 minutes learning how to use AI tools. You leave with knowledge. Co-building is shipping — you spend 90 minutes building one specific thing. You leave with a working output. Different goals, different sessions. Learn more about training.

What if I'm not ready to book yet?

That's fine. Tell me what you're thinking of building and I'll let you know if a co-build session makes sense. Get in touch.
