Why a course didn't fix it
A group course teaches the median person in the room. The trainer can't know that your week is board papers, or client emails, or a spreadsheet you rebuild every Monday, so the examples are someone else's. Teaching yourself is no better: a feed of tips, most of them out of date, and nobody to ask when it goes wrong.
What's missing is someone showing you what good input looks like for your actual work. In time, AI will meet you where you are. Right now you can have an edge by knowing how to prompt, how to manage context, and how to use skills, connectors and plugins. That's what a personal session teaches, on your own work, in the tools you already pay for.
How the 90 minutes work
A ten-minute intake form
Your role, the tools you've tried, your top three workflow frustrations, the documents you produce most, and the one thing you'd build if you could only build one. That form is the discovery. I read it, research your role, and plan the session around it.
The foundations, taught live
How to prompt, how to manage context, and how to use skills, connectors and plugins. No slides: I open ChatGPT or Claude and the ideas come up as we go. If you already use these tools every day, this takes ten minutes.
The art of the possible, on your work
Three or four demos planned from your form. I drive first and explain what made it work, then hand over and you do it with your own content. We iterate until the output is right.
Three things to try this week
One specific thing to do this week, your custom instructions set up so the model knows who you are, and a project started for your main use case.
Real sessions, real work
Jobs people have built in a session
Every session is planned from the intake form, so no two builds are the same. A few from this year:
A bank COO
An email-drafting agent that writes replies in her voice, built from 30 days of her sent mail.
A head of markets at a bank
A summary of each morning's trading call, waiting at 9am.
A communications lead
A check of how three stakeholders describe the same programme, turned into an interactive page in her organisation's branding.
An executive assistant
A reusable skill that turns her inputs into a finished briefing note.
A head of talent acquisition
A hiring dashboard built from the applicant tracking system's export.
A buyer of dental practices
An agent search for practices for sale in South London, built into a website to filter and compare them.
Built in Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini, whichever you already pay for.

Book your personal AI training session
Who books a session?
- You've used ChatGPT or Claude casually and know you're only scratching the surface
- You have a job you do every week by hand and suspect AI could do most of it
- Lawyers, bankers, consultants, founders, academics, and people who've never opened ChatGPT
- Anyone who wants to build something: an app idea, a workflow, a second brain
What AI still can't do
I'm not here to sell you hype. Part of every session is being honest about the limitations.
- AI hallucinates: it makes things up with total confidence
- It can be sycophantic and tell you what you want to hear
- It has no persistent memory unless you set it up
- The goal is to make you good enough to know when to trust it and when not to

Questions people ask before booking
How much does personal AI training in London cost?
A 90-minute 1-2-1 session is £699, in person in London or online. Training for teams of 3 to 5 starts from £2,499.
Is this one-to-one AI tutoring?
Yes, if by tutoring you mean one person, your work, and someone beside you showing you how. I'm an AI tutor for professionals, not for students: the session is built around your job, your documents and the tools you already pay for, and you leave with something working rather than homework.
Do you offer private AI lessons in London?
Yes. Every session is private and one-to-one, in person anywhere in London or online over Google Meet. There's no group, no fixed syllabus and no slides. The 90 minutes are planned from your intake form, so the lesson is your work.
Do I need any experience with AI first?
No. I've trained complete beginners and people who use ChatGPT every day. If you've never opened it, we start there. If you use it daily, the foundations compress to ten minutes and we spend eighty building.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just the intake form, about ten minutes after you book: your role, the tools you've tried, your top three workflow frustrations, and the one thing you'd build if you could only build one. That's the discovery. I plan the second hour around it. If you want the fundamentals first, the free Autocomplete course covers them in about an hour.
Is this online or in person?
Your choice. I'm based in London and run sessions in person across the city, or online over Google Meet. The format is the same either way.
I work in a regulated sector. Is that a problem?
No. I spent 15 years in banking and I also run a health clinic, so confidentiality and sensitive data are part of my day to day. Before we start, we agree what can and cannot go into the tools, and we build within whatever rules your business already has.
What if I'm not sure what to learn?
Book a free 15-minute call. We talk about your actual job. If a session makes sense, you book it. If it doesn't, I'll tell you.
Can I bring someone from my team?
Not to a 1-2-1. It's planned around one person's work. For three or more people, team training is planned around the team's work instead.
What if I forget everything in a month?
You won't, because you built it yourself rather than watched. You also keep the recording, the transcript, the prompts and the thing we built, and you can message me with questions afterwards.
Still deciding?
Ninety minutes, one thing built on your own work, and the recording to keep. £699.
