What I'll need from you
Two things, and neither takes long — a short description of what your business does and how it runs, and the two or three jobs that eat the most time each week. You'll fill this in after you book, so I've done the prep before we meet and we can spend the session building, not catching up. If you'd rather show me than type it, record your screen walking me through one or two of them.
I'll tell you where AI won't help yet
Every session ends with an honest list of the jobs where AI isn't ready, or where it'd cost you more time than it saves. That's the part most people don't get told. You're paying me to be honest about it, not to sell you on everything.
